How do I book my room reservation? We have reserved a block of rooms at a nearby hotel. Rates range from $139-154 per room per night. You will receive a booking link upon RSVP. Share a room to reduce costs if you wish, by joining the chat in our FB group.
How do I plan for travel? Detailed information on airfare and driving directions will be included in your RSVP packet. We encourage rideshares and roommate requests to be made in the FB group chat.
What meals should I expect to cover? What if I have dietary restrictions? Our curated gourmet menu includes a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options to accommodate your dietary needs. Please inform us of any specific restrictions or allergies upon registration. Thursday evening hors d'oeuvres, Friday Lunch, and Saturday evening family-style dinner are all included. Breakfast is provided by the hotel.
